This hotel offers a splendid experience, with clean and comfy rooms and attentive staff that genuinely take care of you. The spa facilities, while enjoyable, can get crowded during peak times making it less relaxing. The location is superb, being just a short walk to various attractions. Though the breakfast was luxurious and diverse, the menus for other meals felt on the pricey side, which could be a concern for some guests.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and offered stunning views of the city, while the spa treatments I received were top-notch and very accommodating. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was inconsistent, and some amenities in the hotel required improvement, such as cleanliness in certain areas. Despite these minor setbacks, I'm looking forward to returning again, as the positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

The breakfast was a highlight with a delightful buffet, but overall, I can't overlook the problems I faced with staff communication and service efficiency.
