The hotel has a fantastic central location, near to shops and attractions. The room was clean, and I slept well the first night. I appreciated the easy check-in process and the cute reception staff.

I found the breakfast buffet wasn't quite the five-star experience I anticipated. It could have been better.

The in-room refrigerator did not work well. I tried to cool some drinks, but they barely got cold! The restaurant was a real letdown. The food was okay, though the service was slow. It took a while to get anyone's attention to order something. I waited a long time for the bill.
